MPF Holding Investment and Property Management LLC., registered in New York, USA, was established to give modern managerial and organisational conditions on the current market for the former family business.
The family business started by Csaba Felcsuti in the garage of a family house has grown to a large industrial concern with investments in the retail industry, grinding tool manufacturing , machine parts manufacturing, tool engineering, wrought iron manufacturing, furniture industry and buldings chemicals manufacturing 
The majority owner of the Company is the Felcsuti family, the rest of the shares are held by the managing directors of the member companies.
To reach the most efficent operation, MPF Holding LLC makes for the whole company the following activities:

    • the full logistic, procurement activity (central purchase - inland and import the co-ordination of purchases, full logistic sector)
    • performs the tasks of the legal representation,
    • responsible for the financial plans and services,
    • responsible for the central marketing and advertising (surveys, market analyses, statistics, the purchase of advertising materials, etc, )

    MPF Holdig Logistics and Commercial LLC. is responsible for the Group's logistic, customer service and centralized sales activities in Central and Eastern Europe.

    MPF HOLDING HANDEL UND LOGISTIK GMBH. (Germany)
    Services provided by MPF Holding Handel und Logistik GmbH. to the Group include the logistic, customer service and centralized sale activities in the Western Europe.

    MPF META ROMANIA SRL. (Romania) /  META WIDENTA ABRASIVES CHINA LTD. (China)
    MP Meta has been developing and manufactoring cutting and grinding tools for more than 25 years. Since 1998, further machine accessories was added to its product portfolio. Both MP MEta Romania srl. (owned by MPF Holding LLC.), and the joint venture MP Meta China Ltd. are producing these products.

    MP FÉLEGYHÁZA LTD. (Hungary)
    The centuries old tradition of wrought irom manufacturing has been kept alive by MP Metal Ltd., a leading European manufacturer. This company  mainly produces, in small series, handcrafted decorative motifs and fence ornaments with a special technique, as well as metal constructions for industrial halls, and equipment parts in small series.

       

    MP WIDENTA LTD. (Hungary)
    The Widenta factory, established in 1938, is one of the oldest and most prestigious grinding tool factories in Europe. The Company uses double  quality control system at the factory. Cutting and grinding wheels are manufactured with new automatic machinery. The Company provides tailor-made solutions for the individual customers for special grinding needs. Widenta is now the largest grinding tool factory in Central and East Europe and the fourth largest in Europe.

       

    MP BOROVI LTD. (Hungary)
    Bajai Borovi Ltd. has been manufacturing high-quality Scandinavian-style pinewood furniture since 1993. As the biggest pinewood furniture factory in Hungary, its products are widely exported into Switzerland, Germany, and France. In December 2005, the Company became a 75% subsidiary of MPF Holding LLC. Since mid of 2006, the company belongs almost 100 % to MPF Holding LLC.

    MP RHINO LTD. (China)
    The popularity of the "RHINO" brand brought such a boost in the Company's market share that it became necessary to make an independent factory for it. Thus, MP Rhino China Ltd. was born as a subsidiary of MPF Holding LLC. Its products are manufactured in China, the company supervises quality control and coordinates purchases.

    MPF Kemikália Ltd

    In Barcs (South-Hungary) from the end of the ’70s operated the so called Kemikál factory, producing building chemicals.

    This well known factory was bought by Henkel at 1998, and renamed to Henkel Building Chemicals Factory. The factory become the regional centre of the production of powder-based building chemicals like adhesives, tiling and flooring solutions.MPF Group acquired the factory from Henkel at 1st of October, 2009.

    At the same time, the parties signed a long term production contract. According this contract MPF will produce the products the famous Henkel branded products to Henkel by the original Henkel recipes. MPF Group can also profit from the inter-company synergie of logistics, purchase and sales.

    MPF would like to open to all possible markets from the economical version to the production of the high end professional products. MPF Kemikália is the largest building chemical factory of the region.

    The professional sales and after sales is done by MPF Holding Zrt, as it is done also for the other manufacturing units of the Group.

    Clarflex Ltd

    Clarflex Ltd. was founded by Ms Nogula Jánosné as a personal undertaking at the beginning of the eighties. At that time it was trading basically with the products of a Canadian abrasive tool company. However at the beginnig of the nineties she had the possibility to found the country’s first and so far the only one flexible abrasive tool manufacture. At this time formed out Clarflex Ltd. From the personal undertaking, with the seat in Tolmács, North Hungary. During the years several branded wholesale and retail shop was opened by the owner. After her retirement, her son took over the business. However he was much talented in trading, so he divided the company into two parts (production and trade). At spring 2008, the tTolmács seated production company and the Budapest seated works became the member of MPF Industry Group.
