In Barcs (South-Hungary) from the end of the 1970s operated the so called Chemicals factory, producing building chemicals.
This well known factory was bought by Henkel at 1998, and renamed to Henkel Building Chemicals Factory.
The factory become the regional centre of the production of powder-based building chemicals like adhesives, tiling and flooring solutions.
MPF Group acquired the factory from Henkel at 1st of October, 2009. At the same time, the parties signed a long term production contract.
According this contract MPF will produce the products the famous Henkel branded products to Henkel by the original Henkel recipes. MPF Group can also profit from the inter-company synergie of logistics, purchase and sales.
MPF would like to open to all possible markets from the economical version to the production of the high end professional products.
MPF Chemicals is the largest building chemical factory of the region.

The professional sales and after sales is done by MPF Holding Zrt, as it is done also for the other manufacturing units of the Group.
